In collaboration with Symbion, Copenhagen Capacity is pleased to invite you to the first of our 2 startup focused matchmaking events happening in 2019! Our first event will evolve around open positions within Marketing & Business Development. The One to One International Matchmaking Events are focused on optimizing the networking process and making the matchmaking more personal, efficient and straightforward to bring more value to startups as well as candidatesClick here to get details/ pre sign-up to the future events. 


We will do the time-consuming initial screening for you, matching the skills of the attending candidates with your open positions in advance, and setting up the schedule for the personal mini interviews with the candidates that matches your profile. This leaves you with a lot more time to interact with the right people and to ask the questions needed to figure out if you are pulling in the same direction. 

In addition to the one to one mini interviews, we have also set up a networking session, so that you have the chance to meet  not only with your matched candidates/companies.

Who is it for?

This event is exclusive for international talents in Denmark, looking to join a startup, and startups who are looking to hire international candidates, all within the field of Marketing & Business Development. The event is free of charge both for candidates and startups, but there is a limited number of spots. Due to this fact, as well as logistic reasons, we kindly ask you to notify us maximum 4 days before the event if you won´t be able to make it.

Company representatives will each give a short 2 minute presentation about their startup, giving an overview of what they do, providing details of the open vacancies and short description of what they are looking for in their new colleague.
Moving to 1 round of mini Interviews

Between each mini interview session there will be a 5 minute break to gather your thoughts. A detailed time schedule will be provided in advance

Job Speed Dating Concept


All candidates will be pre-screened, selected and matched with the most relevant positions & companies in advance. This means that both participating companies and candidates will have knowledge about who they will meet at the event, and prepare accordingly. 

Based on previous experience, we know that events like these can be intense, therefore we have added 5 minutes breaks in between each interview and one longer break, so that you have time to gather your thoughts before the next interview round.
