We will do the time-consuming initial screening for you, matching the skills of the attending candidates with your open positions in advance, and setting up the schedule for the personal mini interviews with the candidates that matches your profile. This leaves you with a lot more time to interact with the right people and to ask the questions needed to figure out if you are pulling in the same direction.
In addition to the one to one mini interviews, we have also set up a networking session, so that you have the chance to meet not only with your matched candidates/companies.
This event is exclusive for international talents in Denmark, looking to join a startup, and startups who are looking to hire international candidates, all within the field of Marketing & Business Development. All candidates will be pre-screened, selected and matched with the most relevant positions & companies in advance. This means that both participating companies and candidates will have knowledge about who they will meet at the event, and prepare accordingly.
Based on previous experience, we know that events like these can be intense, therefore we have added 5 minutes breaks in between each interview and one longer break, so that you have time to gather your thoughts before the next interview round.
