Call for AI solutions to optimize Copenhagen’s energy consumption

Watch the webinar:

Are you working within AI, energy solutions, building energy consumption or IoT? Then Copenhagen needs your help!

Support the worlds first carbon neutral capital

Copenhagen – as the world’s first carbon neutral capital city by 2025 – needs solutions to reduce CO₂ emissions arising from its public buildings by 40% in 2025 (compared to 2010).

We have a building portfolio covering 2.2 million m² of floor space, and most of these buildings are connected to our Energy Monitoring System (EMS) where we track energy consumption. We are also working on updating & streamlining our Building Management Systems (BMS) to be centrally accessible, which gives us the possibility to remotely control energy consumption.

Copenhagen needs AI solutions to further increase energy efficiency and enable flexibility for indoor climate levels - among other things. We have established a database and platform for the service and maintenance of technical installations, and smart service demands are within our scope. Experiments with flexible energy consumption are ongoing and we hope to develop this area through this project.

If you would like to make history in the first European project of its kind with 5 other EU cities, then please sign up below to hear more at our webinar.

About the Webinar

This Webinar is a market dialogue prior to an innovative tender process. We will focus on how to integrate more renewables into the energy system by using public buildings as a buffer - and at the same time ensure a healthy indoor climate and reducing CO₂ emissions. Who wants to help us make history?
